ADSL connections in Thailand are notoriously slow and unreliable, even in downtown Bangkok.  With so few Internet service providers (ISP) in Thailand there’s not enough competition to drive the speed up, prices down or customer service up!

If you’ve just moved in, planning to move, or still don’t have an ADSL connection Select IT can advise you which Broadband services are available at your address. (most addresses only have the choice of 1 or 2 providers)

2. We will need the full address(es) of the property that requires the connection. (if you don’t have the full address we can contact your employer or relocation agent)
3. The ISP/ Telephone company may have to survey the area to find a suitable line.
4. In 2-3 days we will inform you what service are available and at the price.
5. If you agree, we’ll advise what paperwork is required and collect it from you.
6. We’ll obtain permission for your landlord or apartment juristic person if required.
7. The installation date will be set at a time and date that suits you.
8. We’ll make sure you have the correct equipment and it’s configured correctly.
9. Our English speaking staff will act as an intermediary throughout the whole process.
