Data Recovery

Assessment Fee: 1,500 Baht (non-refundable)

The cost of recovering your data depends on the time taken and the complexity of the work required to achieve a result.  If the drive is functional, we may just have to repair the file system, or scan the disk for deleted files (Windows doesn’t usually delete a file for good, it just deletes the record of where it stored it) in this case our charges are usually between THB. 2,000 – 8,000.

In the case of a physical or electronic problem with your disk, we may have to replace parts in a clean room environment and search for specific parts (hard disks are made in batches so finding compatible parts often requires finding a donor disk manufactured within 2-4 weeks of the faulty disk) in this case our charges would start from THB. 10,000.

In some cases you may already have a partial back up of your disk and only require a few files to be recovered, let us know this before and we’ll just our quotation accordingly.

In any case, after we receive your drive an assessment will be made about the recover ability potential and you will be given an exact price quotation.
