Mobile Data Rates in Thailand
High speed mobile 3G connections are now available in North Korea, Burma and Cambodia!
Unfortunately, Thailand is one of the few countries in the world without a 3G network, for now (April 2009) the best we have is 2.5G. Data speeds are currently up to 384kbps using GPRS-Edge networks (AIS, DTAC and TRUE) or 273kpbs using the CDMA network (HUTCH/CAT). Select IT will inform all our clients of 3G hardware and 3G providers in Thailand as soon as this becomes available.
